Gift cards

Red WingH electronic gift cards sold on this site are issued by Cannon River Leather Co LLC and may be redeemed toward merchandise on redwingshoesfree.shop. Cards have no expiration and no inactivity fee. They are not reloadable cash instruments and cannot be redeemed for cash except where state law requires a small remaining balance to be paid out.

Use and balance

Enter the code at checkout. If the cart is larger than the balance, pay the rest by card. If the cart is smaller, the leftover stays on the gift card. Balances are in U.S. dollars. Gift cards cannot buy other gift cards.

Risk of loss

Treat the code like cash. We are not responsible for a lost, stolen, or unauthorized code once it has been delivered to the email you gave us. We may refuse a card we reasonably believe was obtained by fraud.

Returns

Gift-card purchases are not refundable except as required by law. Merchandise bought with a gift card follows the ordinary Returns page. Any refund of that merchandise goes back to the gift card when the original tender was a gift card.
